Current turn around time is 2-3 Business Days  for stroller tags, photo mats & tumblers. 

Home Decor and other items ship within 10 business days. 

All items purchased are shipped together.
If you need an item sooner for an upcoming trip, please be sure to place your orders separately. 

You may also contact us prior to placing your order to see if we can accomodate a rush order. 

 

Please Note: Refunds are not provided if your item fails to arrive in time for your trip as long as it shipped according to published fulfilment times. StrollingDownMain ship via USPS and is not responsible for delayed, lost or damaged items. All products are sent with insurance and claims may go through USPS.

How do I attach my stroller tag?

Zip-tie's are included in all tag purchases at no extra cost!
You can add ribbon to decorate it further.
You may also use adhesive magnets, binder clips and more depending on what you are attaching your tag to.

Care instructions


Stroller Tags:
Tags are aluminum and designs are permanent.
*Some designs are made with professional grade vinyl which is meant to withstand wear and tear.

Photo Mats & Panels:
Please keep dry.
Mats are fade and bleed resistant, pure white & acid free.Mats may bend.
Panels are aluminum. Works with permanent markers but allow to dry before touching. Panels may bend.
Mats & panels are packed with cardboard packing and a plastic protection sleeve for shipment.

Tumblers & Frosted Glasses:
It is best to hand wash all drinkware with warm water and mild soap. Dishwasher is not recommended and may result in peeling or fading designs.

What if my tag gets wet from the rain?

No worries! Tags are made with weather resistant material.
Be cautious if left in direct sunlight as the aluminum will become warm to touch.

What if my package doesn't arrive in time for my trip?

Estimated Delivery dates and shipping upgrades are available. Please check that available options are within your time frame prior to completing your order.  Refunds will not be provided if your item fails to arrive to you on time as long as item shipping within it's timeline policy posted on your item listing.

If you need an order rush shipped, please message upon placing your order with your travel date and I will do my best to accommodate your rush at no extra cost as long as your selected shipping option is within the appropriate timeframe.

 

If it is NOT, I will message you with options to A.) Upgrade your shipping B.) Cancel your order for a full refund
No response will result in your item being shipped in accordance with standard TAT
